Aug 10, 2008 - Well, about the lip syncing part. It is a music video so obviously she is lipping it. I think its her, probably just filterd heavily, thus making her sound different. And about her english, no I haven't heard her speak english in a convo, but in this song she does have an accent ( or if its not her, they got a japanese chick to sing it ) Anyways, my 2 cents.
