Sep 9, 2009 - its very funny that this music is from North Africa...but personally I am of Serbian origins...and actually it has also many simularities with Balkan Music!!...Nice song!

Mehenna1 Says:

Oct 7, 2009 - Similarities are not just in music. The other day I heard on the news that one of Serbian traditional food called Bourak. I always thought that Bourak was Algerian. But, hey you live and learn.

Petsy2006 Says:

Oct 8, 2009 - yes true....In Serbia its called " burek" .. TUrks called it Borek....How do you know that?

Mehenna1 Says:

Oct 11, 2009 - I think your spelling for "burek" is more appropriate than mine. Few months back I was listening to the BBC news when they mentioned that Serbia are in dispute with Turkey over the term burek being a Serbian traditional dish. But I personally thought that burek was Algerian. As I am originally from Algeria and we've always made burek during Ramadhan. Very delicious.
