Mar 4, 2010 - i lost 20lbs with this video EVERY day sometimes 2 times cuz its no cardio so its easy. I also did the fat burning once a week. I still eat the same with my diet is kinda full of sugar and carbs. but cut that in half and stay focused. in the first 2 weeks i lost almost 12 lbs. i am a bigger girl so if i can do itANYBODY can. just stay positive and stick to the daily workouts. it really works to boost your self esteem also. I feel sexy as ever and can hope you can feel the same too.
