Robot B's EOAT or end-of-arm-tool picks inserts from a tray station, conducts camera inspection and then places parts in a qualification station. Robot A's EOAT picks the four parts from the qualification station and moves to mold. At mold open, the robot extracts four parts and places four inserts. Robot A then moves to release point and performs a unique release sequence to spell YUSHIN on the indexing conveyer. Pre-lubricated sealed bearings and absolute encoders standard.
