If American Generals call the shot on the place where they were fired from, and only cause innocent casualties, who do you think is going to get the blame? The Americans of course, and I wouldn't be surprised. 80% of it is the Americans fault, since they can take other routes to avoid innocent casualties, but aren't doing it.

But I don't agree with the way the Sunni's or SHiattes fight the war. Forget which group is fighting... They are to blame for many of the civilian casualties but not all.
