Nov 21, 2008 - One-note Rudy did what was expected of him on September 11, 2001. He didn't turn tail and run, and provided leadership on the ground in Mew York City. As well he should have; he was the mayor, after all. What he did on that day, however, clearly didn't provide him with any meaningful understanding of WHY we were attacked and how we should have reacted on the global stage afterwards.
