I don't know what part of the country you live in BUT in big Cities, i.e. London, West Midlands, there are very mixed towns...Apache Indian grew up and a lot of his friends (if not all of them) were jamaican and he grew up listening to a lot of Reggae and Bhangra, therefore it is only natural he grew up with the ability to chat like a jamaican....
